SUI — Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 2026 · Version 1.0
Effective upon submission of application
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in BrandCore's Startup Uplift Initiative (SUI). By submitting an application through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined below.
BrandCore reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your acceptance into the program governs your engagement.
1. About SUI
The Startup Uplift Initiative (SUI) is BrandCore's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. It provides professional branding, digital presence, and social media services to eligible small businesses and startups in Saudi Arabia at significantly reduced rates — without compromising BrandCore's quality standards.
SUI is not a general discount policy. It is a selective, criteria-based initiative designed to support early-stage businesses that deserve professional branding but face financial constraints at this stage of their journey. The initiative is aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and its goals of a vibrant society, a thriving economy, and an ambitious nation.
SUI operates on a quarterly basis. A limited number of slots are available each quarter. BrandCore reserves the right to open, pause, or close applications at any time based on capacity.
2. Eligibility
To be considered for SUI, your business must meet all of the following criteria at the time of application:
2.1 Registration Your business must be legally registered in Saudi Arabia — whether as a sole proprietorship, LLC, or equivalent recognized entity type — or hold a valid Commercial Registration (CR).
2.2 Size Your business must qualify as a micro or small enterprise under Monsha'at's official SME classification:
1 to 49 full-time employees, and/or
Annual revenues below 40 million SAR
2.3 Age Your business must have been in operation for 5 years or less at the time of application.
2.4 Presence Your business must have at least one of the following: an active website, an active social media channel, or a clear and reviewable launch plan.
2.5 Sector Fit Your business must operate in a sector aligned with BrandCore's CSR values and Vision 2030 priorities. Priority sectors include: creative industries, technology, education, health, sustainability, and community-based services. Businesses in sectors that conflict with BrandCore's values are not eligible. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2.6 Not Eligible The following businesses are not eligible for SUI:
Medium or large enterprises (50 or more employees or revenues above 40 million SAR)
Businesses that have previously benefited from SUI within the same defined time window
Businesses where participation would strain BrandCore's delivery capacity
3. Application & Selection
3.1 How to Apply Applications are submitted through the SUI application form on this page. Required information includes: business name, sector, years in operation, employee range, approximate revenue band, package selection, and a short statement explaining why you are applying for SUI.
3.2 Review BrandCore's team reviews each application within 48 business hours. Each application is assessed against the eligibility criteria above and assigned one of three outcomes: Eligible, Needs Clarification, or Not Eligible.
3.3 Acceptance Acceptance into SUI is not guaranteed by meeting the eligibility criteria alone. BrandCore reserves the right to accept, decline, or defer any application at its sole discretion, taking into account available capacity, sector fit, and where SUI can create the most meaningful impact.
3.4 Communication You will be notified of your application outcome via the contact details provided in your application, within 48 business hours.
4. Packages & Scope
SUI offers three packages:
Iconic — visual identity: logo design or rework, brand guide, brand story copywriting, eco-friendly NFC card, and a free 3-hour consultation.
Persona — digital presence: full website design and development, domain, hosting, and professional email setup, company profile (10–20 pages), eco-friendly NFC card, and a free 3-hour consultation.
Social Astro — monthly social media content: designed posts (Basic: 12 / Plus: 16 / Max: 20 per month), content strategy and monthly planning, audience and competitor insights, and monthly performance report.
The scope of services is limited to the package selected and confirmed in your SUI service agreement. Any work requested beyond the confirmed scope is subject to BrandCore's standard commercial rates.
5. What Is Not Included
The following are not included in any SUI package unless explicitly stated in your service agreement:
Paid advertising spend or media buying budget
On-site media production (photography, videography)
Community management (responding to comments, DMs, or moderation)
VAT (15%), which is charged separately on all invoices
6. Pricing & Payment
6.1 SUI Rates SUI packages are offered at reduced rates as confirmed in your service agreement at the time of enrollment. All prices exclude VAT (15%), which is charged separately.
6.2 Payment Schedule Payment is split into two installments: 50% upon signing the service agreement, and 50% upon final delivery and client approval. Work begins only after the deposit is received.
6.3 One-Time Benefit SUI rates and complimentary services apply once per brand within a defined time window. Repeat applications from the same business within the same window will not be accepted.
7. Your Responsibilities
By participating in SUI, you commit to:
Attending all scheduled sessions and calls
Providing required content, materials, and approvals within agreed deadlines
Communicating promptly and professionally with the BrandCore team
Allowing BrandCore to use the completed work as a SUI case study in CSR communications, including portfolio, social media, and impact reports
If you prefer not to be identified by name in any case study, you may request anonymity in writing before project completion. BrandCore will honor reasonable anonymity requests.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables become the property of your business. BrandCore retains the right to use completed work — with or without your business name, depending on your case study preference — in CSR reporting, portfolio, and marketing materials.
You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any materials, images, or content you provide to BrandCore. BrandCore is not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from content provided by you.
9. Revisions
Revision rounds are included as specified per package in your service agreement. Additional revision rounds beyond the included allocation are charged at BrandCore's standard rates.
10. Timelines
Estimated timelines are communicated at the discovery call and confirmed in your service agreement. All timelines are contingent on your timely delivery of required materials, content, and approvals. Delays caused by the client do not create liability for BrandCore.
11. Cancellation
If you cancel after work has commenced, all work completed to that point will be invoiced at the agreed SUI rate on a pro-rata basis. Cancellation must be communicated in writing.
BrandCore may terminate an SUI engagement if: you provided false or misleading information in your application; you fail to meet your responsibilities as outlined in Section 7; or circumstances arise that make continued delivery impossible or unreasonable. In the event of termination by BrandCore for reasons within BrandCore's control, any prepaid amounts will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for work not yet completed.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all shared business information, strategies, and materials as confidential and not to disclose them to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
BrandCore's liability under SUI is limited to the value of services delivered under your agreed package. BrandCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of deliverables.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith mediation between both parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
